4.5 million names at risk: Karnataka CM's dharna forces EC action on fake Form-7 voter deletions
Karnataka CM D.K. Shivakumar staged a five-hour dharna at the CEO's office in Bengaluru, alleging a conspiracy to delete around 4.5 million eligible voters — poor, minority, Dalit and backward communities — through bulk pre-printed Form-7 applications. Hours later, the EC ordered action against false filers across all 224 constituencies.
