If the referee is fielding for one side, the scoreboard is fiction
The INDIA bloc's march to the Election Commission is not theatre but a symptom: when a constitutional umpire cannot answer who changed Form 6, citizens stop trusting the scoreboard. Institutions rot when accountability dies, and the street becomes the last court.
