Ortega's Nicaragua walks out of the Central American Parliament
Managua has denounced the 1987 treaty creating the six-country regional parliament, effective immediately, days after the OAS demanded political prisoners be freed. It is the latest exit in Nicaragua's drift into isolation under Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo.
