Six and a half years: former Broome bishop jailed for abusing two young Indigenous men
Christopher Saunders, 76, who led the Broome Diocese from 1996 to 2021, has been jailed for six and a half years after a jury convicted him of sexually abusing two young Indigenous men between 2008 and 2019.
